Before joining MWI in 2012 , he served as President of Exploridor , President of Pristine Pools and Spas , and Chief Information Officer at both Jostens , Inc . and Entegris , Inc . Sutherland has also held various leadership positions with Novartis . He graduated from Boise State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration .
