American hospitality company Marriott International has appointed Daniel Dubowski as its new Global CISO, succeeding Arno Van Der Walt. Reporting to CIO Naveen Manga, Daniel will assist him in what Naveen describes as“ building the future of technology with security by design and trust by design at the foundation of everything we do”.

The appointment follows new executive roles at the XDR cybersecurity company, including David Soto as CISO. Trellix CEO Vishal Rao says the senior leadership reshuffling follows the company’ s vision to adapt its security culture to address an evolving threat landscape shaped by AI.
